Black lines are easier than trying to match outlines with inside colors. Oh well. I liked the overall effect the background gave to the raichu picture, so I used the same kind for this one.
Total time was about two hours. Not too shabby for such a quickie. I like it. His back legs are off and there are a few other flaws, but oh well. Who really cares to look that close? Kiro's just sweet.
