w00t! :w00t: I like this one. Not sure why I chose to draw raichu though. It's been so long since I drew a pokemon. o_o

Raichu are supposed to be built like mice, but mine looks like a cat. XD ph34r the cat raichu! PH34R HIM NOW!!!11 :evillaugh:

Psp of course. :3 For the lightning in the background, I had to alter the picture tubes. If you've used psp, you might find the picture tubes have little to no use. o_o And the lightning bolts are pink. XD I had to change the lightning bolts to white, and I used a yellow drop shadow on them. They had their own layer.
